Night all.

I've got an early start tomorrow so I best hit the hay whilst I'm feeling sleepy. Making Pete has really took it out of me today.

20 pints of lager but I've stopped drinking so that isn't going to help. See how long I can stay away from getting blastered this time :)

I never drink anything like milk before bed. I just go to bed and fall asleep.
