Microsoft Activation screen has been popping-up every day as soon as I open Microsoft Outlook 2010. It is asking me to obtain A MAK number. I read this is only for corporate users. But I cannot get rid of it. Right clicking on it to delete is useless. Is there any advice, please? Am I right in thinking they want me to buy this programme? Thank you for any help

How did you get Outlook 2010 on your computer?

It is a chargeable product so you should have paid for it.

Did a "friend" put it on your PC for you perhaps?

The computer was purchased 3 months ago. A local PC firm did the "set-up" for me, for which I paid. I did not realise there was a problem with this except the pop-up in the last month.
Contact Microsoft and have them check your product key to see if it is valid. If you find that it is not contact the PC firm and ask them to sort it out or give you a new clean copy of Office.
