Since updating, I can't seem to get iTunes to work. Anybody had similar problems/know what to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need updated iTunes. Did you update?
Have you updated your iTunes lately, I've just had a quick google, it seems you'll need 11.1 version for ios7 to work properly.

Hi- sorry for late reply. Yes, I have the latest update but it's just not happening :(. Wish I was more knowledgeable in this area;so frustrating
Just for clarity are you talking about iTunes on the PC or on the iPhone/iPad? What's happening when you try to launch it?

It's on the iPhone.when I press the app I get the search box at the top, and the music/films/tv/search/more at the bottom. When I press any of the options nothing happens even though it seems as though it's thinking about it.
Try resetting the phone

"Begin by holding the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the Home button at the bottom center of the face at the same time.
Hold them both until you see the screen go black. In some cases, you may need to keep holding them even after the red power-off slider appears. If it appears, just keep holding it.
Wait until the silver Apple logo appears.
When this happens, you can let go - the iPhone is rebooting."

Hope this works for you. If not you may have to reset to factory settings (make sure you iCloud everything first though) as I can't find anything on google about iTunes problems with ios7.
