Hello Hello - It's Good To Be Back :+)

Apologies to anyone who has been trying to get in touch over the last few weeks (by virtually any means) - a month in/on Dartmoor and then two and a bit weeks in Ireland has stretched Mr Tesco's ability to provide a usable mobile signal so far beyond breaking point that the twang of snapped elastic could probably be heard in Timbuktu (not that Mr Tesco could provide a signal there either I suspect).
The Irish trip was a blast - managed to get to see our old friend 'headwreck' who sends her love to all, and survived a meeting with the estimable gness and her assorted family members with only a minor hangover and aching ribs from laughing too much.
Anyhoo - I'm back in the safety of Sunny (yes really) Warwickshire and will be gradually picking up the threads of my social life ... anyone fancy a pint?

Laughing too much??? The aching ribs can be put down to encouraging the lovely barmaid at my local to tickle them!.... ;-)
Did you by any chance bring home any local papers....you know the ones with the great news items?......I've lost mine somewhere...probably Dennis confiscated them when I insisted on reading the council meeting reports over and over to anyone who would listen.
Looked at the Irish Post in town today but not a patch on the Mayo News.
Nice to see Nellie back again...well and you too....x

I have kept a copy of The Mayo News - the reports of the County Council meetings are hysterical
