Lungfish I think. Not absolutely certain though.

Thats not a lung fish... I think its a Viper fish or a Gulper... Its a deep sea fish anyway... Although it may not be entirely accurate because it has extended pectorial fins that are reminiscent of a Tripod fish (another deep sea species).

i'm sure that fish is a Bombay Duck (Haqrpadon Translucens) also called lizardfish and several asian/indian nicknames. Have a perfect picture in my fish book, but couldn't find you one on the net, sorry.
