Hey Snappy,
I know where your coming from. My neighbors had a dog that they would let loose when they woke up at 3:00 in the afternoon (no joke). The poor thing was so bored he would take after my cattle for a little excitement. I talked to the owners on four seperate occasions and finally got the police involved. Then I came home from a buisness trip and found 3 mauled calves, one missing an entire ear, one dead calf and a dead goat. I found out that they had watched the whole thing happen and were too affraid to try and stop their own dog. It's ridiculous.
