The venetian man has been here and away and has measured up.

He was take off and on his glass but was opening them up at the front. A first for me.

I ebayed and googled them and they are there - but how would you get your sight "read" - they came 1.0, 2.5. 3.0 - just basically wee glasses to get you out and about to see things in the shops etc. Anybody have them.

He said his mate has a bucket of them that he took from China.

they have little magnets at the front to keep them closed - been around for ages - means you can hang them round your neck with ease.

The numbers are to do with the strength of the lenses, so you'd need to know your own level of short-sightedness first. Were they like these?

BTW - I thought your heading Blind Man meant he couldn't see, not the Venetian blinds!

boxy they are the very ones - might go for them ie put 3 for strength - they are cheap - if they don't work. Thanks - my you learn every day - I am forever losing glasses every bloody where. drives me insane.

Do you wear glasses at all at the mo, conne? If you buy the ones as near to your own prescription, that'll be best - or just go and get your eyes tested so you know which ones you need. You don't have to buy specs from the place that tests your vision.
