I know it has its faults - ageing 'teenagers' being among the most obvious.

But the high school dance sequence has to be one of the most uplifting pieces of film I've ever seen, especially with the wonderful Sha Na Na as the school band, and Ed Burns somersaulting in and catching his mic. dead on queue at the end - fabulous!

I loathe anything starring Hugh Grant or in any way connected with Richard Curtis.
