i got a missed call the other day from a number starting 070, and was just wondering if this was a standard moblie number or a call centres number as i thought the third number of mobile numbers was always 7, 8 or 9. thanks

070 numbers are mainly 'personal numbers'. Calls made to them will be charged at premium rates.
