I sold an item on Ebay to a guy in Germany but I don't think he will pay now that International p&p has been added.

What is my next move? Can I simply relist?

Thanks.

First of all, send him a reminder and tell him you want payment within 5 days. If he doesn't pay, open a dispute with Ebay. If he pays, all well and good. If not, at least you will get your fees refunded and can then re-list the item. He will have a non payment black mark against his name
think you will have to wait seven days then report him as non payer and then wait another seven days to close the deal then relist

i had one recently with a person in latvia and that is what i had to do
file a cast to get the end of listing fee back .Ebay will charged you 10% of final selling price plus postage .Give the buyer a week say then open case

Thanks all. My heart sank when I saw someone abroad had bought it!
Surely they must realise that p&p will significantly raise the value?
May raise the cost, I'm unsure it changes the value.

Also I am often amazed at the cost of 'other retailer' books I've bought on the Amazon site, where the international delivery seems to stay at the same price. Consequently I think the affect of a foreign purchase should be spelt out.
don't you have to specify the postage costs in the listing?
