Post Office Being Nosy
15 Answers
Is anyone else fed up with the Post Office wanting to know what is in the parcel that I am posting? Supposedly it is for security. As if I would tell them if it were dangerous materials.

Much gets through the system, which should be very worrying...
people do send the most absurd stuff and it's not declared, it's up to the employees to determine if it looks suss and needs to be opened. I have had stuff sent from abroad and it's been opened then finally forwarded, even though it had a declaration of what was inside the box. It was a gift but the mail service thought they had better check. There was a label attached which said this parcel has been opened and checked by the mail service.
I do and I know a few of my friends are aswell.
One got so fed up being asked she snapped and said it was Cocaine and they still sent it anyway!
I deliver avon parcels mainly lingerie and Jammie's and a book - what's the deal every time I go in it's the same thing I get asked and the same answer. As much as I'm for security in my country there is a line between ok and ridiculous

but your dabs will be on said parcel, of course if you don't have a criminal record not sure how they would trace you, but DNA and all sorts of forensic evidence comes into play now, so unlikely you would get away with sending Cameron anything suss. his team would be opening the mail at any rate, so unlikely anything gets through without being thoroughly vetted
