Hello all,
Welcome to this month's Onwards & Downwards. We welcome anyone serious about losing weight and we offer support and kind thoughts - not magic fixes, just sensible help.
How about some ideas to make lunchboxes a bit more interesting and lower in calories? Thanks for a helpful suggestion from xstitcher.
How many of us take a packed lunch to work? And how many of us are bored to tears with the same old limp ham sarnie?
So please share with us your ideas, recipes and little gems that keep your lunches interesting and healthy. And don't feel left out if you don't take a lunch to work as, of course, you can make these up at home too.
I know its from the USA but there are some really simple ideas that can be quick to do:

Personally I love different and unusual breads, plus using leftovers really appeals to me.
Don't forget your weekly weigh on Wednesday and remember we don't judge!

Phew, no change again this morning, but i do feel lucky to have got away with it.
I was quite determined to get to my next mile-stone by Christmas and although that is still half a stone away, i will give it one last effort. I need a few pounds in hand to enjoy myself over the festive season and am planning a short break soon after and want to relax my menus for the holiday.
So.....just made a greek salad for my lunch and plan on having jacket potato for supper. I'm OK during the week but i must say it out loud....no more treats of Yorkshire puds, dumplings or full fat capuccinos at the weekend!
