It's actually my view too, and imagine a high proportion of people would agree that having a bulging green camel toe in your line of sight whilst trying to work is not particularly nice.

Lime Green leggings - now that is a throwback to the eighties.

I wear leggings tucked into my boots with a long jumper which deftly covers my camels hoof

So in that respect fat thin whatever - it does pay to look in the mirror before you go out Like the girl I saw once who was pushing a pram and had just had a baby.She had white leggings on and what can only be described as a 'bairns' nappy on.All mums will know what I mean but I just wish someone had had the guts to tell that poor girl! nicnicnic- It was the insensitive way Gerbil Girl worded the question. If it was a genuine question, people on here would gladly respond in a thoughtful way. I would think that it is obvious- people come in all different shapes and sizes. Some are very fashionable and up to date, and others have more pressing issues in their lives. If only thin people were allowed to wear certain clothes, we would be in a very dodgy area regarding our freedom/rights to self expression. Thank GOD people can wear what they like, and not care what other people think! I certainly don't!!

Also, it is not a matter of "taking a joke".The question was not written in a jokey way.

As a larger lady, I wear leggings and jogging pants, as they are comfortable and sometimes it can be difficult to find clothes in larger sizes. The person at your work who is upsetting you, might have good reasons why she's larger, maybe you should talk to her instead of passing comments, your comments in a work environment could be seen as bullying, put yourself in her shoes? how would you feel to have someone make judgement behind your back? unless your work has a dress code perhaps you should be more respectful, who made you trinny or susannah?

I'm sorry but careless comments like yours can truly hurt some people.

Anyone who wears skin tight lime green has no self image issues and is obviously very comfortable with themselves so I doubt Gerbil Girl is bullying her in any way.And Im very sorry but if you wear colours and styles like that, it will get noticed.

Leggings are ace and they are just the thing for those days where you just want to doss about the house with a t shirt (my fave is my Eric Cantona one and my Che one)Who cares if youre fat thin or indifferent - soem people just dont do themselves favours thats all and I do feel for them.

Does anyone else have a fave T-Shirt for dossing about in - creased or ironed - just comfy?
