North Facing Wall

Can anyone suggest something green and hanging that I can grow in a container on a north facing wall. I thought about Aubretia but I think it needs a sunnier spot.PS,I don't intend to plant it until the weather is better.Thanks for any advice.

Variegated ivies do well.

Tumbling Ted or Rock Soapwort will grow there but would like a bit of sun to flower

Ferns should do well, plus other woodland plants like - Fox Gloves, Bugle, Hostas or Epimediums.
