I know that you have to put liquids, gels and aerosols into a clear bag in your HAND luggage, and that they have to be in containers under 100ml. But does the liquids, gels and aerosols in the HOLD have to be in a clear bag too, and is there restrictions on size of bottles? Also, what about nail scissors, tweezers and sharp things....are they allowed in the hold? Thanks

It only applies to hand luggage
No sharp thing like scissor ect in hand luggage. No restrictions on liquids in hold luggage though.
You can take scissors with blades up to 6cm in length and longer if they are the ones with the rounded ends (out of the UK) I would put them in the hold though, as you might get someone on security who is not sure of the rules and tries to take them off you.
