Stinky Washing Machine...

I used a washing machine cleaner a few days ago (Ecozone washing machine and dishwasher cleaner), but since then, it stinks.
I can't really put my finger on it, it just smells really musty.

What's the best thing I can do to get rid of this, as I can't use it like this.

Unscrew base panel on bottom front of Washing Machine, the Filter is located behind that

Righto. The screws must be underneath then, because there's no sign of them on the front.

some machines don't have a filter you can get to, my last one didn't, lovely thing lasted me 7 years or so. (or maybe it was the one before that?)

Hope it's something that can get sorted without the call-out of an engineer.

Quick update - because I do really appreciate all your help...

My Dad managed to get the front panel off (which was at the bottom, so thanks for that) and there was basically a flood of water everywhere.
He cleaned it out, it was full of mud (sons rugby boots no doubt), and hopefully that will be it.
