The night before I had to attend the interview, I worked on my essay I had to submit to them. I made my uncle to help me to make sure that the was correct. My uncle also taught me appropriate ways to behave during the Interview. I felt very confident and firm that I wasn't going to do badly. When the Interview started, I acted professionally and I talked about my life, my career path, and all sorts of things. The Interview never lasted long and I felt very confident that they might consider me into the program. After a while I've waited a long time in school hoping that I would get any Information regarding if I was accepted or not. I spoken to my college consular about the issue and he told me “I’m afraid it’s not happening” Twenty people has been accepted to the program, but only two people has been rejected and I was considered one of them. That day I felt embarrassed.

Some of the wording needs to be changed. For example, you say "I made my uncle to help me" do you mean "I asked my uncle to help me" or "my uncle helped me".
"The Interview never lasted long" should say "the interview didn't last long "
"Program " should perhaps say "programme" but it depends which country you are in
Is English your first language Imacooltoon?
Your question has many mistakes and to me it looks as though you are speaking English as a foreign language.
I would say "confident about the interview". Leave out "and firm".
"consider me into the programme"- use "accept" instead of "consider"
"I have spoken..."
twenty people have been accepted...
I was one of them
two people have been rejected (not "has")
Here's my own rewrite. At points I've changed the phrasing to something I feel is more natural, but I'm not a professional proof-reader so perhaps other people will query my changes.

I asked my uncle to help make sure that the wording[?] was correct, and he also taught me how to behave during the interview. I felt very confident and sure that I wasn't going to do badly. When it started, I acted professionally and I talked about my life, my career path, and all sorts of other matters. The interview did not last long, and I left feeling confident that they might consider accepting me into the [program/programme].

I waited a long time in school hoping for a response. Eventually, I asked my college consular about the issue and he told me, “I'm afraid it's not happening.” Twenty people were accepted into the [program/programme], whereas I was one of only two people to have been rejected. That made me feel embarrassed.

Shouldn't it be 'counselor'...not 'consulor'...?
I didn't change that as I was wondering if it was some official title or other that I've never heard of. If it's a typo then yes, counsellor instead of consular.
