The Duke has his own hunt, the Beaufort, but the men in the picture are not foxhunting or drag hunting, though drag hunting seems peculiarly appropriate in the circumstances ;)

The men in the picture are from a mix of packs both foxhounds and beagles. I suspect that they are taking part in some kind of demo or open day.
