The Mess did something quite subtle with the Haggis last night a small tart with Haggis, neeps and mash layered on top with a cream whisky sauce. Not really my taste, I prefer a nice strong flavoured Haggis but it was nice
Plus, once you've bought your haggis, you can nip over the road and book a table in L'Escargot Bleu one of my favourite French restaurants in Scotland.

local farmshop brings in the haggis frae a butcher in Dumfries (award winning ,,,apparently)--great stuff it is too
We're still trying to find a gluten free one, short of paying £10 extra delivery charge to buy a single one by mail, we're a bit stuffed (unlike the haggis...)
