I haven't slept either. The moggies are getting annoyed with me for disturbing them.

Jordy - what is it about India that you like so much?

There are severe weather warnings for today. I get myself into a huge panic about rain, wind etc.

I better go and feed the moronic moggies.

Bye from Perth.

cupid when I cant sleep I play spider solitaire which is on the games section, you should try it ,it passes the time.
Doesn't feel like it some mornings cupid, knackered knees and ankles tend to winge a bit.... to many physical sports when I was younger

Nice you could drop in wolf63. Glad you're back from the dungeon.
Sorry you're distressed by the bad weather. Could you put some music on to distract yourself. As long as you don't disturb your neighbours of course, lol! x
wolf my ma in law stayed in crieff, not far from you,eh?

A silly thought - I wonder if we drew a map, what part of the country do most answer-bankers come from? Not everyone says of course. But there seem to be a lot from Yorkshire and Scotland.
kate - my friend got married at Crieff Hydro. I had to stay overnight - £120 for room only !

Cupid - I have tried most things. It all started with a leak in the roof many years ago and I started getting obsessed with the weather. I also panic a lot over my little boy (in my avatar) and his asthma.

Anyway I am off to have a wander and a surf around.

See you all later

Good year 1959 then, that's the year I was born:-)
Jordy - a friend used to spend six months of the year volunteering at a Leprosy colony/AIDs place. It sounded a bit basic to me but if you are in a hotel you should at least have proper bathroom facilities.

My parents married in 1962 - but they are both dead now. 1959 was a long long time ago - so many things have changed (equal rights etc) but as a species we are still pretty uncivilised.

Your dog will be glad when you get home. A dog makes you feel loved and appreciated. A cat treats you with disdain.

Enjoy your holiday.

I've got a cat, wolf and they definitely own you. Not the other way round.
I've lost count of the time mines tried to trip me on the stairs. He also seems to want attention 10 minutes before the end of a telly programme.
He still chases next doors female cat too. He wouldn't know what to do if he caught her, lol!

cupid - my two are siblings. Frankie chases his sister around the place and you would think that he was a bully. Princess Merlin actually beats the cr@p out of Frankie quite regularly. She even bit a workman and went for the vet.

They can be hard work
Question Author
My cat's quite well behaved at the vet. He knows it's not his territory I suppose. He doesn't like the thermometer though. Can't say I blame him:-)
