How Many Of You Comfort Eat During Winter ?

ive noticed im eating a lot more, more lazy etc during winter. am i the only one ?

going to try get my ass off to gym , what else works ? sunbeds , vitimins ?

sunbeds dangerous. vitamins only useful if they are lacking from your diet.

everyone eats more in the winter - I would even count in hibernating animals (humans dont hibernate)

I'm not eating more but the type of food we eat at the moment is a little stodgier than summer food. More stews and dumplings, curries and Roast dinners as opposed to salads and fruit

Me, I eat far too much in the winter. I have more control in the summer months . Strange. !

yes I have, I'm out there every day, early, I'm a dog owner, today is sunshine, it's good, if it isn't I'm still out there and getting on with it, I've got no time for whinging wimps, it's winter, deal with it, stop moaning!!!

Just a little fed up with people who go on and on about the weather, what's the point, you can't change it?

I have to agree a little with what Baldric is saying! I'm one of the whingeing wimps who likes to stay in the warmth in this weather, but my sister, her husband and 2 girls are the real outdoors types. They just get their cagoules on and they're off walking, or on their bikes or whatever; sister was even on her allotment in the pouring rain the other day! I wish I could be more like them, but I'm not. That's why she's slim and I'm not!!!

I don't like salad, so I wouldn't eat it from choice in the winter....
