I saw it for the first time last night - why do the owners keep .....ahem..... stroking/ poking/ grabbing their dogs privates?

they are putting them into the correct showing position its called stacking, nothing to do with their bits and pieces.

I just hope they wash their hands afterwards tho' ! ;o}
