No, sorry, not signing. I have every sympathy with people who are flooded out but non for those who would use the money in lieu of insurance.

No, not signing, I'm far more concerned about the 5,000 innocent children dying EVERY DAY from malnutrition.

I'm not signing because I believe our foreign aid does good. We bought our current house nearly thirty years ago after viewing over 100 properties. Many of them were in the Thames Valley and were immediately rejected for being on a flood plain.
