Snake Oil - peddling false hope to the desperate - makes me very angry.
He might be sincere in his beliefs, but the evidence does not support his claims. Only those desperate or gullible would take this such anecdotal stories as evidence of anything.

Aloe vera even in combination with honey has not been scientifically shown to treat tumours, skin cancers, or even other cancers. Indeed, oral consumption of aloe vera can have negative effects on the body - diarrhoea, even hepatitis. In some studies in mice,oral ingestion of aloe preparations were shown themselves to have a carcinogenic effect.

It has value as a topical treatment for burns and as a soothing agent, but that is about the extent of it.
