can they really just go on indefinitely arresting someone every three months? Shouldn't they have to take them to court some time? Or will they declare him a terror suspect, take away his citizenship and tell him to get out?

I think it is all getting a bit stupid, either arrest them and keep them or let them go for good, no second chances.

The Starr thing is literally beyond farcical now and any defence team will use it as the greatest piece of armour in his denial of any offences.

The evidence against him (if indeed there is any) must bear very little gravitas and his barrister won't need to work too hard to destroy what little credibility there may be in it.

They'll probably charge Rolf on a kidnapping charge for his Rolf On Saturday lorry, or a racial charge for always painting a black kid next to a river

From today's Guardian...The jury in the trial of Dave Lee Travis have begun a fourth day considering indecent assault charges against the ex-BBC star.

Jurors have spent almost 18 hours considering the 13 charges against Travis since they retired at London's Southwark crown court on Monday.

The eight women and four men on the jury have been instructed to return with unanimous verdicts on 13 counts of indecent assault and one of sexual assault against Travis.

The judge, Anthony Leonard, has told jurors that if they do not reach unanimous verdicts on Thursday then they will return on Monday, as the case is not sitting on Friday.
