There's an option when you log in to Mail Rewards (if that's what you mean) to cater for missing numbers.

Unique Number Missing?
If you're having problems
entering your Unique Number OR your Unique Number is missing from your copy of the Daily Mail or The Mail on Sunday...Click Here

to the right of where you enter your number.
