Anyone With Plusnet For Phone And Broadband?

I am thinking of changing my provider to Plusnet. They seem to have some good offers on - £10.00 a month line rental and £2.50 broadband a month for the first 12 months. Has anyone had any experience with them, especially when things go wrong!

I have my broadband with them but not phone, I have had no problems with their customer service when I do have a problem they are quick to resolve.

Plusnet is a good ISP and has some worthwhile offers. The company is a subsidiary of BT and, along with this fact, I would think that you should observe the experience of poppysix. ^^^
