Domain hosting
6 Answers
Hello all,
I am hoping to register a domain name, with the option of setting up a website and potentially an online shop, and I'm not sure which doman name registering company to use. I've found some which have free website set up, but then a couple of others you pay a fee (about 80 for the year) which look good as they have free online shop templates etc, with 24/7 support.
I was just wondering if anyone had used any of these companies and if anyone could recommend one? Am I better off using one of the free website set up things or one where you pay for it? I don't want anything too complicated.
Any advice anyone can give would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Emu

for some reviews of hosting providers and domain name registers, there are also some good articles for getting started with web hosting and design etc - i use hostgator to host and godaddy.com for registration... both of which are really easy to use and offer great support - plus hostgator doesn't have any long tie ins or committments that you get else where which i prefer.
