I have an atapi cd rom and a LG CD-RW CED808B but i am getting an error report that the drivers are corupted code 39 how can i solve this so i can use them again. I am using windows XP

Use the control panel - system - device manager - and look for the cd drives in the list. If the drives are reporting errors a yellow exclamation mark will appear by the entry. Use the roll back function or re install the drivers (software) using the wizard. Should work.
