Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble accessing the planner ,it keeps telling me that it cant find a compatible sky+box on this network ,i havent changed anything i think they have updated the app recently and wondered if that has made the difference .have tried uninstalling and then loading again but no luck .phined sky and they were no help ,thanks for any suggestions
Check and see if you can access catchup from the box. If not, check the cable to the sky wifi adapter is connected at both ends and the adapter is powered.
What colours are the lights on the wifi adapter.
If you don't have the wifi adapter, check the connections from the box to your broadband router.
