I think you're barking completely up the wrong tree, lyall. The jacket she's wearing is just oversized. I'd be emotional visiting a place like that, if I'd had the same experience.

I think it showed that Sophie is only human and eternally grateful to the midwives for saving the life of both her and the baby. Some people do say some cruel things .....
