It turns out it wasn't who they originally thought it was but found out who he was at the end. Have you got digital or sky tv. Last weeks programme about Guantanamo was repeated last nite on More 4 so by the law of averages, the falling man should be repeated next sat nite on More 4, or try More 4+1.
Yes, I watched it too. And cliffsdoll, maybe some of the victims relatives would prefer to actually know that it was their loved ones brave enough to go for a quick death instead of being burned, slowly choked with fumes, or crushed. I know if it was my relative, I would like to know they didn't suffer quite so much! The family of the falling man seemed grateful that their son had been identified. There are many families left behind that will never be sure what happened, and that must be very difficult for them to cope with.
Hi Kipchik, although I didn't watch the programme it was about the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers. The programme was about those poor souls who were left with the choice of being burned alive or jumping to their deaths and in particular it tried to identify one of the victims.
I shall probably watch it if it is repeated.
