I've never seen The One Show, but on flicking channels the other night chanced upon a woman presenter with a really terrible voice. Is that Alex Jones?

sorry, i have watched the show in the past, its mostly used to promote someone's film, book or a programme for the BBC

I've never heard of Matt Baker, Emmie - but then I'd never heard of Keith Lemon until a few weeks ago when someone on here mentioned him. I've yet to see him.

I find The One Show an embarrassment.....especially if they have any 'A' list guests on...(rare, these days). They try to cram an hour's worth of telly into 25 mins....the poor guests are often left with a shell-shocked "is that it?" look on their faces :/
