So much lost information isn't there? Nowadays everything seems to be recorded so history will always be available.
I would ask my father why the f**k he deserted me when I was 4 - 54 years ago. Not heard from him since the day he left - no xmas cards, no birthday cards absolutely naff all. He's probably dead now - mam would have been 87 so he would be 90ish - last heard of living in London but that was back in the 60s.
With the amount of gossiping my family do I don't need to ask them anything!

I would like to ask Sky to allow Virgin Media to screen the Sky Atlantic channel and for them to just do it!!
//i like to know what was lots ,one two ,five ,twelve half a million . //

in one of the flanders and swann shows, at the beginning of one of the inter-song monologues, michael flanders says:-

"we're often asked....... sometimes asked....... someone asked me once.."
obviously lots of questions come to mind when relatives die, alas too late now.:( to an aber, why ? :)
I could ask my mum more about her father
She was illegitimate in the late 1920's and has never really spoken about it. I can't ask her now even though she's still with us because the stigma is still raw with her
These sort of situations are very sad Ric. Too much heartache for some.
My mother, maiden name Cahill, came from a large family all of whom kept in touch except for one uncle, When ever his name was mentioned the subject was always changed very quickly. Of course this was a subject of much discussion among us "youngsters" the favourite theory being that he was somehow involved in the troubles in Ireland.I'd love to know what he did and what happened to him
My question has nothing to do with my family ('cos I'm just not bothered about them). I simply want to ask Pierre de Fermat to put millions of mathematicians out of their misery by telling us how he proved his famous (or should that be 'infamous'?) last theorem!
chris,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I can tell you that if you want !!
Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Magrid Really... Why!
