Just by way of constructive ideas ...

If you're going to post on YouTube ...

(1) sing into your camera ... it will look as though you are engaging with the viewers, and you'll attract more followers (subscribers?)

(2) make sure you have all the lyrics in your head, so you don't need to look away from the camera.

You have a good voice. Make the most of it.
