Service
Do you service your own car or do you take it to a Local Dealer / Family run Garage? do you check on what's been done? there is a reason I asked this last Q.

Since becoming a domestic goddess, I don't do nearly enough miles to justify an annual service, so just get it done every other year at the same garage.

In my experience main dealers are rubbish. I use an independent garage that is close to work. Been using them for years, all their work has been tip top and they don't break the bank. Have to get it serviced at a VAT registered garage so I don't invalidate the warranty, got 3 more years of that to go yet before I can start tinkering with it myself.
