Maggie - copy the Tinypic address from here (highlight and then Ctrl+C)

Then you log in to Gravatar, go to 'add a new a image' and then 'an image on the internet'. Then paste the Tinypic address into the URL bar by CTRL+P

Then hit 'Next' and do the usual gravatar stuff for a new image.
