A few years ago I was rooting through a box of junk at a car-boot-sale and come accross some china Disney egg cups (collectable) the kid on the stall let me have all 4 for a pound, I also found a pretty littl vase, which was £2. It wasn't till I got home and gave 'em a good wash that I realised the vase was a 'Moorcroft' I sold it to the local antique shop for £80.
I noticed it in his window 3 days later for £150..
The egg cups I've still got.

Went to local skip to get rid of bits and bobs. There was a perfect pine blanket box sitting there so I asked the guy what he was going to do with it. Lob it in the skip he said - lob it in the boot of my car I said. Also threw in a very old scrubbing board which was ready to be skipped. Lovely articles - price nil.
