Does anyone on theanswerbank know if you can hide your mobile number to a certain person you are telephoning,I havn't heard of one but someone on theanswerbank might know.
I hope I am on the right category topic????

Prefixing with 141does not work for me. Your phone should have a "with-hold caller ID" in the settings menu.

in-call settings
restrict my identity
click always or never.

If I dont want someone to know it is me ( very uncommon I stress ) I use a telephone kiosk ( one that works of course ) and a funny voice.
