E Mail Probs

Hi All
Using Windows Live Mail (W7 Home premium). I keep getting a request to sign in to my account with user name and password. No matter how many times I try it will not accept either the user name or password, although I know without a doubt that they are correct. I can access my E Mails via Virgin Media (my ISP), but not with Live Mail. Any ideas ?? It was ok first thing this am, but since 4 pm this has happened. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh !!

I've never used Windows Live Mail but I've encountered that problem loads of times with both Outlook and Outlook Express. In every case simply deleting the email account and then creating it again has fixed the problem, so I can see no reason not to try it with Windows Live Mail.

Virgin Media are having problems with e-mail delivery at the moment, i haven't been able to access them for several hours although as you say you can access e-mail via Virgin Media.
