Day Out

Glorious day of sunshine for my day out at Scotland's Garden Scheme, back of my neck got a bit burned so plenty of after sun on last night. Loads to do and see, maybe needs a 2 day visit. Ingliston is quite a bit from the centre of Edinburgh (near the airport) so didn't see the trams although yesterday was the first full day of service. They cost enough so better be successful. Centre of the city is fairly clogged up with traffic so guess the trams will run to the airport much quicker.

Glad you enjoyed yourself,maggiebee. It makes such a difference when the weather's good. Wish I could have been there-I love garden shows. Usually visit Dundee and Ayr shows-hope I can this year.

I live about 5 minutes away from the site of the Dundee Flower Show quinie so never miss it. Great day out - if it's dry!
