If this is a first for you, expect that the company will be putting in what is in season - sometimes you do get to ask for specifics, but part of the point is that what comes along in the box is the best choice from the avialable stock. Also remember that 90% of organic produce in the shops comes from overseas, so hopefully your supplier will be able to use goods sourced nearer to you.
