Conne..I think you'll find many of us here have extremely bad sleeping habits, it's something you just learn to live with In the end !

Ahhh ta conne ! I know the feeling of bed dread too well...somehow I just get through the day but feel like a zombie by tea time...doctor no help...don't prescribe sleeping meds ...just have to get on with it !!
I've been getting by on little sleep for twenty years now. You adjust to it.
I've been struggling to get decent sleep in my own bed best I get is maybe 3 hours but when I'm at the gf's - no problem, fall asleep on the sofa watching tv then get 5 hours solid. I reckon it's down to 'empty bed syndrome' for me
Simples...conne pack your bags and move in with welshie ! Sorted !! ....we won't tell G !
The secret is to not let it worry you. As long as you rest, it's almost as good as sleep.
