this should probably go into the food and drink but its about people!!

i went to kfc today and for the first time ever the person serving me was polite,had a smile on her face and got my order right!!! has this been known before?

sorry andy got to disagree. Don't like the wage? Don't work there then, get a different job!

Indiferent staff in any kind of shop really bug me, and yes...I myself have worked in one!!!!

andy, thats a poor example, they take the job as a start on the ladder,or a temp job to earn extra money.

anyway,its not our fault they work their and people should be polite ,its human nature?

Hm, not sure about KFC in particular, but Staff in restaurant in the UK are generally a lot politer than in Germany for example.

But I guess they know their tips depend on their attitude, while they get a percentage of what they sell in Germany no matter what...
