It all sounds positive but I ordered some curtains June17 and the site said 'in stock', June 20 says delivery July 7, letter June 21.just one day later says delivery August 15...From 'In Stock' to almost two month delivery, not happy. Btw as of today the website still says the curtains are 'In Stock'
That does occasionally happen with items coming direct from the manufacturer - my last order was a loo seat, delivery date kept changing and my holiday approached ( I rang to query and cancelled in the end).
Like most people replying to your question, I have used them for years. On the odd occasion that I have had a query their customer service has been really good.
