There was a list of these places in the Evening Standard (the London newspaper) yesterday (4 Feb 02). Offhand I can only remember that one place was in Eltham (South London) and another one was in Croydon. If I have not yet thrown away the yesterday's paper, I will try to post the details here...

I have not found the newspaper, but I remember that the clinic in Eltham, South London, is called Direct Health 2000, hope that helps.
