2.8 Miles From My Doctor

I live 2.8 miles from my GP, apparently the practice is having a cull of patients who live beyond 2.75 miles from the practice. I I walk there it would be less than 2.75, as the one way system by car means it is 2.8. What chance do i have of asking them to keep me on?

Would they not use a 2.75 mile radius from the surgery rather than distance by road, they couldn't possibly work that out for every patient?

Try....high heels, tight figure hugging above knee skirt, off the shoulder silk flowered blouse with half cup bra..........that should do it.

Agree with shoota. Dot they will most probably use as the crow flies as their distance gauge.

This is getting a bit stupid I hope that our GP will keep us on. We don't go too often and we could walk (in fine weather), but now MrAsk is older and had a small stroke plus taking warfarin now, we need to be near a surgery. Lately I need regular BP checks too. They should tell all these new people that they can't take them on as the register is full, not kick people off, we are all entitled to see a GP. You should be Ok dotty, I'd check with the surgery just in case. BTW Hope you got your refund for the other thing, rotten luck that.
