Today i made my first cake in about 30 years, i love cooking but can't be faffed with making cakes. But i spotted this recipe for Courgette cake and it really intrigued me. it was also the topping that interested me, it had a cream cheese beaten with icing sugar topping. I couldn't really see how that would work but it was absolutely delicious and so was the cake. So I might well be making more.
The only drawback was all the washing up!

That sounds delicious Caran. I only ever make banana loaf when I have a couple of over ripe bananas. Like you I can't be faffed.
