I recently went for an interview and I felt that I did a great job I was prepared but I got an email saying I was unsuccessful 3 days later and I feel it was unjust. The feedback stated that:
The hiring manager felt that I seemed nervous, and did not perform as well as she would have liked on the attention to detail task which is the crucial for the role.
I feel this is very unfair of course I was very nervous but I answered every question clearly as for the task I don't see how one task can decide whether I'm unsuitable for the job and I feel this is very unfair as I know I am great match having had similar work experience to the position. I want to sent email stating that I feel this feedback is unfair but I am not sure

It's decent of them to say anything really. could have just said.... sorry, you were unsuccessful , goodbye. Clearly they didn't come to the same conclusion that you did and you just have to accept that. I wouldn't send them a snotty note personally. They might have another vacancy in the future that interests you. so don't burn your bridges.

I think you just have to accept they didn't select you and they aren't going to change their mind. At least they gave some feedback- most don't bother or just give bland unhelpful feedback. Rather than complaining you could try saying you are disappointed and will try to improve in these areas - and you would love to be invited for interview again in the near future

I frequently think I'm the most amazing actress that could possibly have read for a role I'm going for. I'm frequently wrong. They pick other people because I am not the casting director, and I really don't know how I come off, I only know how I THINK I come off. Might be the same with you. There will be other things, don't get snitty, it never helps:)
I went for an interview last week and I tanked in epic fashion, I was so bad I even told them I was during the interview. Afterwards they called me back in and told me that my nerves were too bad and that they doubted they'd seen the best of me. The upshot, I didn't get the job, obviously, but they saw potential and asked if I'd apply for a different position.

Unless the decision was based on racial, sex, pregnancy etc then you've got no reason to say it was 'unfair'.
They didn't even need to give you a reason for rejecting you.
Thousands of people are rejected for jobs everyday and manage to move on successfully.
If you send an email complaining then you'll count yourself out of any possible future role within the company.

Unfortunately very few companies train their staff to interview so we are generally interviewed by management who have no idea, and it shows.
To state that you were nervous is a no-brainer. The question is, do you really want to work for a company who have a weak interview procedure? You can contact them and outline your concerns, be polite, and you never know, their interview technique might be so bad they have failed everyone and you may shine through. Best of luck.
