Does Anyone Use A Chillow?

or something similar on theses hot humid nights? I was considering buying a couple but the reviews on Amazon are very varied. Any recommendations?

Lack of aircon issues for my too, not helping and feet are getting so swollen, I am actually tempted to get one for my feet!

Found a cheaper one here but it's not a proper one, smaller maybe?

Try sleeping using a towel as a cover over a normal pillow, works for me every time

I've never heard of a chille but do find linen bedding the most comfortable in the summer......and winter.
